HK shipped a bulk load of their catalogues to a courier company in Chennai which is an India agent of a China courier company.
Then is was distributed via the database provided. This method is cost effective.

My god! what a Copy-Cat HK is!! They copied the entire layout of Tower Hobbies Catalog!!
I guess they would send it with my latest package (containing Servo for my scratch build Nitro). This is the reason may be HK was holding so many parcel for 2-3 days...

i ordered a parcel from hobby king on 6th Feb
it was sent from the warehouse on 14th but it has still not reached me!

what should i do?

i am very frustrated as the tracking site says that it has been stuck at the customs from 17th
i am very unhappy

Well if it had ordered any lipo or life batteries they send it via singapore EMS or swiss,so it takes quite a bit of time compared to HK EMS.

I also have received a booklet today from HobbyKing. They have made same as Tower Hobbies booklet. I hope in future they will offer good replacement and after sales support same as Tower Hobbies.

More than that. The HK site gave the status of my order as "shipped" on the 14th. It actually left Hong Kong on the 26th! The Chinese New Year was partly to blame.

I've boought a few electric stuff from HOBBY KING  already ( 3 Shipment ) iprocess  but when I was very interested to buy some battery /ESC etc through their (SNAP SALES)  but was facing below problem ,Has any one purchased through SNAP SALES or could you pls let me know the process of buying through it?


when I've tried to buy from the snap sales .
what I do is copy the product from SNAP SALES e.g esc -priced at $2 which I want buy ,put it in the search Box & then view it there the actual prices show for ESC (e.g $15 ),after the product appears then I select the product(esc) & say buy during the process I also mention the discount code

Here is the problem I face -finally the total appears as $15 + shipping ,the discounted amouNt does not appear,Therefore  I cancel the purchase ,Need your expert input or process.

Can I Buy the normal product on sight along with the snap sale ?

Since I come late ,Hobby king ONLINE is always offline .
