hi, i like to buy from hobby king . to know the procedure i just put some items into my cart and proceed for checkout. my problem is ;
At the 3rd stage of checkout  what should we select for "parcel content" ,how much duty  should we select for "Customs Declaration" for easly passing customs clearence.

Hobby king customer care is been offline for the second day today. Any idea why?

Yes, I have done that couple of times via support requests.

 ive got $20 as credits in my account so i want to purchase a motor which costs $18 incl. shipping so during checkout can i just pay using the bonus points or should i even give my credit card number also

Man I raised the request in the afternoon. Its not even assigned to anybody yet though i see lot of names in the customer care centre. If customer care is online they would do it in minutes. Yes I have also did it lot of times but through customer care and this is my first time raising a request.

I think it took more than 24 hours for me to get initial response.
