I have two Hobbyking swiss post parcels in transit. They show "departed from border point of origin country' at swiss posts's website but there's no information on ipsweb. Doesn't swiss post have EDI with indiapost?

I had ordered nine eagle spitfire from hobbyking on 18th Sept, which reached Bombay by 26th and has been lying with FPO. My concern is when I tracked my product it said:Retention reason : High-value goods - Official Customs declaration required. Now what should I do?
Require immediate help from anybody who had gone through this problem and succeeded in recovering the parcel. I have the invoice provided by HK, but will that help. I got in touch with HK help center who told that had declared the product correctly. Then why my product has been detained?
What should I do? Should I personally visit them. Also the parcel is still lying with FPO or Customs, I'm not sure.

IPS web tracking for both items returns - "No information, please check your item identifier"

HK/China were having holidays last week - may be that's why there is no progress on your orders
IPS is best place to track all inbound articles

Is it manadatory to have a credit card to shop at hobbyking?
i have funds in my paypal account..though HK asks for Credit card at the time of checkout via paypal...

hello sir first create account on hobbyking then login and then select any product of HK and add to cart then there will be option "continue or add other product" then you will get option "processed" after clicking that form will come to fill address then click processed then select your order type then after choosing visa or debut card fill the forum after processed than you will get message from bank of current Rs

u gotto hve a credit card to pay. or a virtual credit card gateway eg: kotak mahindra bank.

i knew this process but if the product is damaged or used what can i do

be informed that rc items, helicopter, planes, hobby parts are detained by customs most of the times & you get in trouble if it is detained.
