Is there a price cost limit for buddy codes?
I mean, don't they flash buddy codes on a single item costing more then a certain amount?
I purchased a Quark Gyro, some MKS8910Servos and a flybarless system but my order had no buddy links on these items.

My HK order got stuck in customs yesterday, doesn't contain any radio, only motors, props, batteries and some carbon fibre.

its worth 180$ approx.

Should I wait or go to the FPO? ( I don't mind going there, no biggie, its the one in south mumbai innit?)

Grrr. How long will that take? I specifically got it mentioned that the items are for a college project on the invoice!

Don't do anything for about 2 weeks, just wait for their letter or the parcel itself.

This is again the matter of someone's luck.

I ordered something from HK on 4th July, Was shipped within two days. Reached Mumbai on 10th July and dispatched to domestic location. I live in Indore (Madhya Pradesh). Usually it takes 3~4 days for it to reach me from kolkata. This is the first time it landed in Mumbai. But no clues then. I inquired at the local post office too. There a person knows me very well. He said "It looks like it didn't reached Indore to the date."

For the information: The parcel was shipped using "Registered Airmail" and weight is less than 250gms.

Any symptoms of trouble???

one more order left 13-07-11. delivered today so i don't think there is any problem. maybe only Delhi FPO is up to the speed.

Do hobby king really manufacture items branded as Hobbyking?

Some of the other brands like turnigy, etc. are available only with them, why?

Is their goods really worth, buying?

I think initially I can't risk my self ordering from HK, Indian hobby shops are the best option, may be.

Just a quick way to put things into perspective. I have place a total of 19 orders to hobbyking and have been satisfied with each and every one of them My rule of thumb is for any thing less than 500grams directly get it from HK, for heavier items see if its available with LHS first.

They under invoice, right? that's illegal Right, and that way we cheat our customs, and that's also illegal.


How a store involved in illegal activities can be genuine. doubts doubts.....................

i paid money from my debit card to HK. now they are saying we have not got the payment. what to do?
money was deducted from my card. i have PNB debit card.

they are asking me the scanned photo of debit card with name but my name is not printed on it. Its an instant debit card.

When was the transaction made; if there is some problem with the transaction your amount will return to you by the bank within 24 hours. In the mean time send them a picture of the front side of your card along with the screen shot of the transaction details from your net banking website.

You should never send the Scan/Copy of your Card to Anyone. No oneshould not be asking it for it either. Better you send them the Transaction reference number from your Bank account for the payment and ask them to check. Contact your bank's call center as well.

BTW, the Order Screen Shot shows status as 'Paid'. Ask HK why they are still saying the payment is not done ? Even if the payment fails at the last step in PayPal, the Status is never shown as Paid. Recently, there is huge irregularity going on in HobbyKing, be careful.

to whom does the debit card belong .too i mean whose name is printed on the card...
