Is there a way to track courier items after it has been released by customs?

In my case, items were release by customs on 01/Aug/2011 but still not received them?

Can i directly query the speedpost/post office? If so any pointers to the domlur post office. I think my parcel comes from there.

NEVER EVER use your Debit Card for transactions over the net. If you don't have a credit card or if you don't want to use it, get in touch with someone trustworthy like Anam and he will get you whatever you want. He may charge you something extra, believe me, it is well worth it.

I have major debit and credit cards but I still leave it to Anam as far as ordering stuff from HK is concerned.

U can use any debit card directly with hobby king if it has

1) mastercard or visa logo
2) international transaction facility (meaning if it can be used in overseas ATMs)

if ur card satisfies above conditions then go to ur bank site or relevant (master or visa) verification site. register ur card with the service provider then only ur card will work. i also tried my BOI card without registering with mastercard it never worked. but then i contacted my bank any they told me to go with procedure. after getting my secure code i am able to use it anywhere on the net. and its somewhat safe as after the transaction it asks for the code. I hope it helps.


PS- Please refrain from using Debit card for online transactions if ur bank does not allow u to create a virtual card for online transaction. my other debit card (kotak mahindra) creates a virtual card for the amount everytime i wish to use so after using it no one else can misuse the same.

CrazyPilot, I hope that the point that I was trying to make is not lost amidst your helpful hints. You can but you SHOULD NOTuse your Debit Card over net transactions. After all we all use (majority of us) unsecured net connections. Would you REALLY advise the use of your Debit Card (your hard earned money) under these circumstances?

.......Or register on PAYPAL easy and swift. Just login to Paypal and transaction is done. As experts said, avoid using debit card as CCs are safer and wont let your hard erned  fly  even by mistake.

in past , many modelers  used there debit card for payment.....
and successfully purchased from h.k. without any hassles.

I have done over 40 payments to HK using PayPal and even more on e-bay. no hassles. In fact Paypal is the best way of paying HK. HK absorbs the PayPal commission.

I have selected to buy few HK items the total comes to around 2700 rs (converted from dollars) would this invite customs,duty ?

If your question was to know what if you order the items directly via HK, customs etc. then i suggest you should use forum search on top right with keywords like customs or hobbyking you shall get lot of info on it.
