So for HK to accept products for refund we need to ship it back in7 days. So now have to forget, money too this is very sad... This was the first time when i was literally attracted to RC but F$$K$$G customs have made it a nightmare for me

Satya, it's fine, don't curse yourself or your luck for what you have ordered and please do not get bogged down by thinking you have taken a wrong step.

This is a learning experience for all of us.

As i have mentioned earlier, my RTF Glider is also stuck since December 2011.

Have some patience and go with the flow.

Thanks buddy, ya man i was thinking about that. Dec 11 and tab se ab tak they are sitting on it.. Its sad bt there is hardly we can do anything about it.

Think about this, I have been patiently waiting and following up and and am sure you also can do that.

In fact you have better chances because you stay in Mumbai itself and once you get the letter, you can send the documents to them and later visit them personally.

In my case, I have to specially travel to Mumbai if I have to visit them and stay in Mumbai for who know how many days.

So, just have some patience.....

thats because ive got contacts and influence in both customs and postal (well even police department)
and btw for the bixler rtf
the air parcel shipping is available.
and the reason im going for rtf is coz my radio is spoilt, so i want a complete package
and btw read my posts from page 23 onwards to see how i got my parcel
so do u think the parcel will be able to make it through
coz ive got influence , well lots of them  ,
but still the question arises whether i can make it through this time , tell me guys ,
is it enough to get a parcel cleared if u know a Superintendant of Customs, plzz tell me guys

1. Dont use SMS language... this is not a FB forum of college kids... there are few very senior members in forum, probably of your Grand Pa's age.

2. Don't mislead people in thinking that Importing TX through post is "All Okay'. Dont generalize your 'Luck' and 'Buck' factor in making people think getting Tx is ax trivial as getting servos. People have got intro serious problem, only to realize that getting through Post costed more than buying locally and getting through some one travelling from West.

i think that means they want an invoice copy, u should have told hk to attach copy of invoice outside parcel, that would make it more formal.

Normally they dont do that?? kya?? how stupid of HK if they dont...

Chal now if they havent then i will send it acorss but then the question is i have few motors batteries connectors and Tx and Rx So if i dont mention tx and rx in that copy of invoice then will there be a problem??

U can't hide any item..They will cross check each item & total number of items will differ if u do that..

@dhaksha: i have imported a radio from Tower,cleared the customs with out any influence..All is based on luck..More over the parcel size of a RTF pack will be much bigger than a radio pack..

so krish do u think i can get an rtf through and btw i will be getting it through air parcel not ems,

Bigger parcels always attract..It can't be cleared by all unless u know some route in customs..

Well, if you know the assistant commissioner in customs, then why are you asking questions buddy???

You should not even be thinking of all this, simply place an order of anything and everything, go to the Asst. Commissioner of Customs and tell him that you have placed the order for the following and tell him to give instructions to his people to release the item when it comes and you are done.

And BTW in the reply #1234 Satyagupta asked you if you could help us if you had influence and in reply #1235 you said "why not, but i dont closely know u".

My friend, most of us do not know each other personally or closely, we know each other through this forum and have not even seen how the person actually looks but still we help each other and share our experiences, knowledge by every possible way just because we all have a similar interest / hobby.
