satya - 90% chances for invoice to not be there, just contact hk and find it out na,
next time when ordering , always order through air mail, coz it never goes to customs at all , which is a good thing

Arey D$N i did confirmed with HK and there is no invoice in the package. Now i called customs and they are saying that do you have any helicopter parts? i said no there are only motors, batteries connectors and a game controller. He said that post dept said that there is a fan of helicopter ( propeller i guess) i said there is a propeller but not huge its a small one and its not of helicopter. its simple fan type. He took my number and said he will get back.

Total cost = 71.50$
Shipping Air mail = 23$
Final amount = 95$



Now if i do like this ,the second order being airmail wont go to customs
and the 1st order being not so complicated can easily get cleared through customs,
What do u say guys   , waiting for your opinion, coz this way i will be spending 9250 Rs but with a good Radio and less hassles.

I would recommend to get the ARF and tx from indian resellers. Look at the easystar, skysurfer, shikara, and other options. I believe easystar-II at RC dhamaka is a killer. Turnigy-9x can be bought from rchobbyaddict.com.

This way you will save a lot of emotional atyachar to yourself.

But the thing is i dont want to buy from lhs coz the cost will increase by 2000 or 3000rs for the same things,
so the splitting of the 2 orders was the best option i found , and i think the easystar II is too expensive,
lol yeah it will be a kind of emotional atyachar, waiting , but its ok , if i can save some money, anyhow i want it after april only

Just had a word with customs now they are saying that propellers are causing problem, i said they are normal propeller heli once are bit different. After a lots of talks i got them understand that its not heli part. Now they want a proof of purchase. Now what are documents required for proof of purchase??.

I have invoice which has 50% value of the actual costing.

Satya Gupt, The parcel is coming from H****K***. Right? So, If you have declared 50% at the time of checkout. Don't worry. Just show that invoice to custom guys. It is sure that even if H****K*** has attached an invoice on your parcel, It would be of declared price too. Just print a copy of invoice and gather all your Identity documents(Photo ID, Address Proof etc). That's the proof of purchase. They want to verify that you are the original one who have placed order.

Disclaimer: The Custom guys don't work as we think. Its on them to release or ask for few more documents. What I written above is just a possibility and consider yourself lucky if they release your parcel.

PS there is no invoice attached on the parcel.

Its uncertain that they will ask such thing or not. The point is You have paid already and only that is why they have shipped the parcel to you and generated invoice. You can show them your bank statement which will include that transaction.
