1. Why would I let my cousin buy a TX/Rx from a seller who has responded, "You are the only customer who is giving complaint on this motor, as i have sold #1000 motors and no one came up with any issue." I would never ever deal with that person again.

Yes absolutely wrong decision VC sir, Reason is,  My cousin and his friends needs the Tx very urgent and he could not wait for more time.  other wise i would have get it from RcBazaar,  but it he could not wait, he has to leave to his place that night and prepare for his project.

2. Who started the abusive / foul language?

Started Exactly what was mentioned in my 1st post,  All his words and BIG TONE and asking me again and again that, WHAT WILL YOU DO , WHAT WILL YOU DO and all thretening talk made me to give answer ("I'LL KICK YOUR YAS").

3. We have expectations from our LHS's that they will function with the same efficiency as MNC's. However, most of them are owned and managed by single persons. It may not be possible for them to tend to each one of us promptly. People can have more pressing / urgent matters when they are not able to attend to all complaining customers at once. I don't know if Sai had any such preoccupations.

VC sir,  The same words which he would have told me, when i called him while going to his place and requested for arrange TX some How,  This situation would not come.  More over if he would have spoken softly , this deal would have solved without delay and any issue.  (He would have told me just change the MODE settings of TX).
My expectation was not high end and more over,  after he said ok to come tomorrow, then only we started going to his house, and i dont think so he is so busy and had very stress, and more over, He also told us , he is giving 24/7 service and he will be having sales team meetings every day and every weeks.  He would have arranged some one to solve my issue,  More over, First he should have given respect to me and my issue.
I've asked him whether he has the stock or not over the phone, He said Yes, then i did not asked him whether its working or not (Thatz my fault),  Few things may be all of sudden needed for people, but should not take advantage on this.

4. I have personally dealt with Sai on many occasions and I've always found his behaviour to be polite and courteous.

That was nice Sir. I had same feeling before,  but i never thought that  " Infront there is a crocodile festival".

Dear Naresh

Extremely sorry for having put you through so much of trouble.
I had been summoned by the customs officials and the harassment was enough to drive me crazy.Anyways I don't need to explain all those here, as the issue is different.
As pointed out by VC and rcpilotacro, I did not start abusing you. You did. Even now I'm prepared to refund you the full price or give you a new set in perfect working condition only if would apologise on the forum and admit that you used abusive language first
I always have my goodwill towards my customers and I would like to retain it.

Dear Vineet
I have not received any calls or messages from you.
Please do tell me the exact amount I owe you and I'll pay it right now.

My apologies to all.
Thanks to all my well wishers and their support.

I agree with Anwar Bhai that Sai's side of the story is missing to complete the picture.
Thats why i've also wrote as im looking for his comments as well,  end of my 1st post

Quote from: rcpilotacro on September 04, 2012, 08:10:52 PM
He gave you choicest of abuse so did you, two wrongs don't make a right, i am sure you agree with me. assume you had exercised patience, then the story is different.

Gusty sir,  He is responsible who made me so crazy that i couldnt controll my self at all, and dint get chance for choice. as after hearing the words WHAT CAN YOU DO  Repeatedly with other telugu Georgans, when im trying to say this is not the way to speak with customer,

Quote from: rcpilotacro on September 04, 2012, 08:10:52 PM
Which brings me to the last point, dont mind my saying so, this does appear like, two children fought in the school, eventually, they broke up or made up depending on the maturity of the individuals (We are guilty as charged too on this count)
Kiss and make up,  ;) will be my advice

Gusty sir,  I'll never mind,  Thanks alot to you, VC and other friends for your comments and thoughts,

;>), ( two children fought in the school, ) :  :) In RC School,  I did not have any personal glitches on sai before, and the way he " treated me over the phone" is my concern and felt bad thatz why i've posted . and should'nt be happend.

Naresh, you have every right to voice your anguish on the forum. No points deducted for that. Sorry if I patted only Sai for apologising. I think this thread will serve as a caution to all LHS about their behaviour with customers in future.

rcpilotacro - mind your language. I found some spelling mistakes in your last post. Please rectify them to read - "Aaaal eej bell." :giggle:

Naresh /Sai, I seriously feel you guys should meet each other and sort this out over a beer. Believe me, once upon a time sworn enemies can turn into invaluable dear friends once you have expunged the bad blood. After all, life is too short and it is our love for this hobby that binds us. Passion sometimes overtakes courtesy and decorum.

Meet each other and sort it out. Someday you will laugh over this episode. Trust me on this. :hatsoff:
