Bad Experience With Rc Bharat (Sai Krishna)

Some points for thought.

1.  Had the store owner responded the same way he responded on this thread, none of this would have happened.

2.  No matter what the provocation from the client/customer, a store owner cannot resort to bad words or name calling.  That is the first mark of professionalism, that is what separates the men from the boys.  If you ever worked in a call center, this is one of the first things they train you on (and they get lots of disgruntled customers).

3.  Literally, "customer is king"... but that does not mean you cannot take a stance against illogical/unjust demands.  How you express that stance is what determines your future.

Hope this thread ends here, with everyone learning something from it.

For many, including myself, this felt like a strong message from an admin person which was enough to change the focus of the topic in discussion.

SunLikeStar - You earned this position and you don't have to step down just because few people including myself put in our views. In anyways if I did hinder your duties in administration of this forum, I apologize.

"Friends at the field"... not on the forum.  Being an admin should not prevent him from saying what he said.

And a note to the members here... admins are human, we all make mistakes from time to time.  Do not look at us as the last word on anything, except for help with issues that are purely forum issues.  We cannot and will not be the final word on person-to-person transactions.  Our words in such threads are like just like anyone else on this forum.

What everyone here heard about is only one side of the story. I decided not to post reasons or excuses supporting my side because I personally feel apologies are rewarded not excuses.

I also pray that this thread will not let a few to generalize on us because
1. The buyer was happy with my price.
2. The buyer was happy with his trade with me prior to this. That is the reason he returned back to buy from me.
3. The product sold was not damaged or a faulty one as clearly mentioned buy the buyer.
4. There wasn't any fraud involved.

The buyer wasn't happy with the after sales support because I was handling a bigger issues at that moment and promised to get back to him the same day just a few hours later which the buyer was not ready to accept. I still admit I shouldn't had lost my cool even through I was forced to do and could had handled this better for which I asked apology publicly.

There are days when people voluntary posted positive feedback on us in this same forum and I look at this issue on the same spirit.

I would take this opportunity to thanks all our well wishes and stakeholders who spent their time to post the reviews. This is never let us down instead increase our customer service quality.

Few points that I would like to make here:

1. Though it seemed that I was 'attacking' Sunlikestar personally, that is far from the truth. He is a person that I have interacted with pleasantly on several occassions. If my posts lead to his 'resignation' that would be very unfortunate.

2. No Himank, I am NOT exaggerating this issue. Read on and you will know.

3. SLS, you pointed out a rather nostalgic milestone thread in reply # 70. One which has bitter sweet memories for me. I remember feeling extremely thrilled with your post then and had had a very strong desire to broadcast to all forum members, "See I stand vindicated by SLS, who is one of the 'officials' of the forum. That means the entire Forum is backing me." I was upset that your reply # 56 came in at a time when the story was well on its way to a happy ending. The rarely used emoticon  :thumbsdown: added unnecessary fuel to a dying flame.  I understand that from your point of view, you did the right thing, however, I hope you see it from my point of view too.

4. rcpilotacro - Your actions against Propfella are entirely justified. That guy was way off the mark. :thumbsup:

What really got my goat was this issue about pseudo consumerism in India. When we get good service, we rarely make an issue out of it, even if we do, the others have a 'ho hum' attitude about it. For example :

I posted this on the 1st. of Sept. People read it, nobody commented and it slid down and vanished into obscurity within a few hours. Are we to assume that VC was the ONLY customer who received good service from Mr. Vasudev and team? I notice it has resurfaced today with two worthies complimenting the LHS. The thread has been viewed 112 times and elicited 2 responses in 5 days. This thread, on the other hand, has been viewed 895 times and elicited 78 responses within 24 hours. Get the drift?

However, once we don't get what we want, all we need to do is to post a tirade and EVERYONE will join the party. That is what I am talking about.

I am not about to tender any apologies to anyone. I only hope that people who feel that I am exaggerating the issue, or taking sides, will be able to read this entirely and form a different opinion now.

Ive also mentioned in my earlier post that, the reason for going back to buy Tx from him, is our need,  and becouse of my cousins urgency....thats it

clearly mentioned?, common if its working fine why should we discuss all this here, Problem was one channel was not responding correctly. Which ive asked you same thing over the call.  The first answer from you was It should work, I have personally checked it, my answer was, I just checked it and Channel 2 responding on throttle stick, i dont know what the problem is (I belive problem occur becouse, TX mode changed from 1 to 2 and which you did not informed me).  You said, Get the radio and will look into it next day.  But things went wrong next day.....
Things should have have handled smoothly, but as you are in customs hassel or may be with some other stress... things gone crazy...!

There are two points here,  #1, I was not told that you are handling some bigger issue, and i've asked you that you have sales team so you can arrange some one or else may be some one at home.  (Answer from you,  WHY SHOULD I BOTHER SOME BUDY BECOUSE OF YOU?,  NEED IS YOURS, YOU HAVE TO WAIT, WHAT A HEAD ACHE FROM YOU. and finally my call was disconnected.  (This is enoughf to lost cool from any budy) #2,  Who was forced to do or lost cool?

Sai, What ever happend to me, How much i've got hurt,  which made me to take 2 days off from work. Few people may understand,  May it looks like childs play or silly, but the words used........  Will never taken back nor will vanish with apologies,  and This is my first bad experiance i've ever faced with any other LHS,  or in person dealing.

Yes, I'm hear to learn, i will keep on learning things.....!

i would have rather lead the thread to let die...  but now i really had a very bitter experience with  the same LHS....

i would say THE WORST LHS....

i ordered a flysky 4ch (only because it was out of stock at RCBazaar) i did not want to use but give it as a gift to a fellow flier for his bday... and setting up for his quad.

firstly i get the Tx in a brown box.. not the original one.. i ask him for the reason... gives an answer that they order 10-20 pcs under one box declaring it as one.... ACCEPTED (though his tone was arrogant)

next i had ordered mode 2  i get a mode 2 with only the spring and rachet interchanged... rest all on mode 1....

when i order mode2 i should get mode 2 as a whole...
if he wanted me to change the programming he should have given in the cable(not included)....
AGAIN THE SAME MISTAKE DONT WITH NARESH.....

anyways i had no cable ( being a futaba guy did not need one) so just converted it back to mode 1 and set the quad...

but i need an explanation to why are u selling such crappy stuff.... if u have mode 2 out of stock.. just say so... why do u open it up and change and send..?? so as of what i got.. i can say it is not a new one... but tampered item

1. There is no programing cable given to a 4ch Remote and is only available for 6ch.

2. We use the Air mode of shipping the radios from China which is costlier that the seaways (which many LHS do) and so as to keep the     
    prices competitive we only import the radios without the boxes (which adds to the volume weight).

3. I seriously don't understand why people are complaining about the mode issue with this set of radios we imported and I suspect the 
    supplier for the same and will report the same to them. But one thing for sure is that your Radio is brand new and isn't opened.

4. If you are seriously not happy with the radio and you feel we aren't up to your mark, you can please return the item back to us and we'll offer you a full refund.

returning is no option now... as its already been gifted....

but when u have issue with some one u should check all ur pieces for the same defect...

u gave an explanation for the box.. i agreeed...

but when it comes to this..!! what are we suppose to do... i do not have a programming cable... so now how do i change it to mode2 ...

for u it may be simple.. but a mode of the radio is is a huge issue....

if its ur supplier the u should have checked all ur packages.. any ways they dont come in sealed packing....

I really do not see a problem with returning it. In fact perhaps more so since it has been gifted. I  would think that the recipient would be only too happy to see the problem resolved for him/her. Get your refund and buy another from elsewhere.

guys i ordered some material from rcbharat on 6th januaray 2014worth 5000rs.on the next 8th day i got a wrong parcel with a mystery 2200kv motor 3 gold connectors and 4 neylon clevisis worth 1000rs.which i have never ordered.i called him.firstly he never picked my phone.after a lot of trying he attended my call on next day.he told me to email him details and photos of parcel i got.i did that.there wars no parcel for two weeks.i called him again on 29th.he told me that he didnt get the email and told me to send email again.and i did. Today february13 still no parcel and he is not attending any calls

khan i tried his number it is switched off, he did call me once, that time he was in a hurry and he needed some 6s batt, looks like he has switched to filming for tollywood.

lesson is it is always safe to buy from reputed LHS, these small time ones are always risky

People should have been beware of this LHS from the very first instance "Logo making competition" hoax.
Surprising that there are still people who fall prey.
BTW shall we go flying this week moorthy sir. there is another location which is a big dried lake around a KM surrounding with nothing in between and its around 25KN from my home. me and my bro flew last week with excellent flight timings due to no wind. good place for nitros too.
