Dear All,
The existing poll in the following link considers the stock. So, all we know who will be the winner !
http://www.rcindia.org/rc-outlets-and-resellers/best-hobby-shop/

I thought to have a poll to know the best hobby shop in terms of service. Please consider the following aspects while you vote !
- Timely Shipment
- Keeping you informed
- Resolving the issues
- Response to Queries and timeliness
- Website design. functionality and performance
- Payment & Shipment options provided
- Warranty claims and settlement process

Needless to say, please  do not consider the stock and variety of the products offered by the hobby shop while voting.
I would like to suggest that after voting you could add your comments such as the reason for your choice and if any improvement required.

I believe that at any time, any hobby shop, can increase their stocks. But, getting a name in terms of service can't be over night.
Hence, I hope that the out come of the poll will be quite interesting and useful to the members as well as to the hobby shops.

Kumaran

Notes :
1. Hobby Shop List appears in Alphabetical order.
2. I kept the domain name of the hobby shop so that you can check their website if you do not know them.

VBH,QK and IHS, Some of the really good ones.
Fast shipping and really good service from all but VirbrantHobbies at top of the list for me.
A store that started relatively recently and has already got good reviews is pretty rare. Velan Sir,Kumaran Sir superb work

All 3 of my votes go to -
Kinetic Hobbies - http://www.kinetichobbies.com/

Kinetic Hobbies has helped me in the best possible way being a newbie.
Let me not leave it to your imagination why i call them the best.
Here's what they did -

1. Identified my knowledge levels in RC Sport.
2. Figured out my skill levels.
3. Suggested what works best for a beginner. (Mind you they were still not suggesting their products).
4. Explained Pro's & Con's between their product & the other alternatives.

WOW  i couldn't ask for more.

Thanks again Vishal & Kinetic Hobbies.

Regards,
Rick

@rookie,
From my first purchase and their behaviour on this forum, i believe Vibrant is excellent.
But your post may surprise Vibrant and disappoint Kinetic... ;D

The fact is both are great. More than anything I value the COURTESY extended by both...

Opps, Opps, guess too much of browsing.
I have made the required updates.

Thank you Rick :) To experience real aeromodelling, please drop by anytime to Mangaluru. We might be one of the very few shops who promote scratch building than RTF, even though we have huge stock of RTF lying in our warehouse. In fact you'll find more scratch built models in our shop than RTF kits :) Also, we provide complete solution to our customers - teach building as well as flying. And we don't charge for sharing knowledge. It's free :)

To be frank, we do not enjoy doing business online. We like to connect directly with people. We value the relationship with our customers more than the no. of sales.  Therefore we like to keep our profile low and focus more on local sales than online sales.
