I tried buying aquarium fish and plants from them. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with their extremely rude Customer Care Team and I cancelled my entire order. When I tried to escalate the issue, I was told off in no uncertain terms that they (Customer Care Team) were always right and that it was all my fault to have asked irrelevant questions.
All that I wanted to know was whether the items I had ordered were in stock or not (On a previous occasion, they themselves had cancelled and refunded the amount as they couldn't supply the aquatic plants that I had ordered - so I just wanted to be sure of the availability of stocks). Beware and deal at your own risk.
All in all, I had the most unpleasant experience whilst dealing with them.

It is pretty clear from the huge list of items that they must be sourcing items on confirmed orders. The question was how well they were doing that, and the answer seems to be unpleasant !
I sincerely hope that my experience was an isolated case. It would be a pity if it were to be repeated. They do seem to have a huge selection on offer.............

buy after seeing vc sir post i think i will wait
but lot of motors at reasonable price.
