Title: Buying LiPo from HK

Is it recommended to buy LiPos from HK? No doubt about their quality, but will customs be a problem?

Hi
They may ship the battery to your location but sure there's a risk of customs confiscating your battery pack.Try buying from banggood or LHS.

HK don't ship battery to india. You can only get it picked up from there counter. That's why you are seeing hk batteries dry out in india. hk batteries are not that great anyways.

if we purchase from bangood or Aliexpress what should be transporting mode.

Banggood doesn't ship batteries to India any longer

Get it form Ali express .. Turkey post shipping . 30 days it will reach you . I had no issues with Customs . if it gets held by them .. at max they can charge you 20% of the bill , for 3s 1500 mah lipo ( five of them ) it costs around 4000 .. so  around 800 to 1000 bucks as customs duty .
The price is awesome even after you pay customs  compared to any of the sellers in india .
