Not saying anything about this particular seller, but caution is urged when you deal with external parties.  There is also a lesson in the above thread that the arm of law has pretty large reach !

In particular, there does not seem to be a lot of online history for this seller, the domain itself was registered in January of this year.

yes sibalsa domain and brand is new in retail balsa.
Mainly for Indonesia market we have received well in short time, because we are real and usefull for them.

You could check how much freight cost here http://ems.posindonesia.co.id/index.php?param=rat
Pls use volume not cubic for balsa
Example:
volume packing = 10x10x100 cm
so volume cost for freight = (10x10x1000)/5000 = 2 kg
In actually may be weight of balsa for these size only max 1 kg.

If sibalsa price + freight cost more higher than your local shop, so buy from local shop is best choice.
