You forgot the oldest Aeromodelling store in india....... i.e. the Sharma Models (Jodhpur)....... They are into aeromodels and all types of parts.... engines, motors, battries and what not.... more so DIY solutions......

Bought a Ajax 30A ESC from RCBazaar burnt in 5 seconds after connecting to battery, it was like small blast, the outer cover (plastic shrink) burnt half.

Did you reversed the polarity while plugging in the battery?

Nah! The quality of esc seemed to be very low because afterwards i bought 4  ESC from china in half the price that I bought from RCBazaar and the very first one that I used is performing well.

I was in Muradnagar , Ghaziabad, UP about 30KM from Delhi from 2001 to 2012 (worked there). I do not know now but there were quite open spaces for flying.
