I live in US and called up Traxxas, based in dallas, Texas, USA and checked the details of www.traxxas.in.

But the Customer Service , checked their website and said this website is neither their branch, dealer nor their affiliate/business partner. They confirmed that they have no operations in India.

I'm not trying to spoil the name and credibility of Konnect enterprises, who claim as Traxxas India, but they need to provide some explanation on this board.

I wont feel comfortable in buying from them, especially, if am spending 1000s of INR for buying a stampede/slash/erevo.

Will the real Traxxas India dealers please stand up and post your responses?

The website does not specify their company, management team , their location or any testimonials.

There is "Traxxas Hyderabad" on FB as well, I doubt their credibility unless they clarify.

Traxxas India is now handled by Dogbone Racing who are authorized by Horizon and Traxxas. I've bought stuff from the guy and he's legit.

I'm pretty sure Traxxas Hyderabad is legit as well.

Kapil Jolly of Dogbone Racing is the guy to talk to if you've got any doubts about their credibility.

I can vouch for Dogbone Racing(owned by Kapil Jolly).

We're very much legit. Been promoting the RC trade and the Hobby with Traxxas since 4 years in India. You must have spoken to someone at the HO who doesnt have info on our operations.

My numbers and contact details are listed on the websites to get in touch with me directly. And not to forget, I have a huge customer base and (Touchwood) people vouch for my reliable product sales and support in India as being the best out there.

Look us up on www.facebook.com/traxxas.in and I'm positive it will change your outlook. Cheers.

Happens with customer care agents as they do not handle international sales or support for the same.

If you need to know about Indian distributors, ask locally. Traxxas India has been around for some time and they have dealers in HYD. Dogbone distributes Horizon Hobby items also which includes Team Losi. Both are good people to deal with and are perfectly Legit.

You can also head out to Indian Radio Control Racers Association (IRCRA) FB page for further info on the Indian RC scene. And I am in Chennai if you like to discuss.
