Dont order Quads from OUTSIDE-IND shops right now.
Wait 1-2 months for proper laws to be established.
It has so much chance of getting seized by customs. They'll ask for WPC.
Dont order anything with radio/ reciever/ looks like a quadcopter/ multicopter..

You can get tx rx from india and get unassembled hardware fron hk. Its safe. Just keep weight less than 750gms per parcel and divide into many orders if possible.
