Any review or stories from Goodluckbuy.com ? any body got something from it?
It seems its a great source and its near to us and offer free shipping to some stuff

they got free shipping for every product. thats great.. what did your friend ordered. what was the weight and value?
he had ordered some computer and rc parts i think the weight was above 800gms. :headscratch: but the shipping was free,fast and packing was very good.
Goodluckbuy has got a decent reputation on RCG, I didn't buy anything but they've got a fairly good range of multirotor products, especially MultiWii.
Hmmm i had a very very very bad service with goodluckbuy they took 15 days to process the order :banghead: :banghead:
15 days just to process it, ie change the order-status from 'processing' to 'confirmed' :o :o :o, thats a very long time. It was my first time buy from GLB(goodluckbuy) hence i thought there might be some process. Hence i got in touch with their live support i.e. Live chat. Which is just non-sense you just sit there but no one will come and help you out. Then thought that there might be very heavy customer so might not be getting to a CS easily so lets write a mail. To which there was no response ever.. But after 15 days i got a mail stating my goods will be shipped and there was a date mentioned.
So in all it was not so very good experience for me, yes prices are cheap free shipping is offered (but i will suggest dont go for it as they dont provide you any tracking data) but then shipping and the customer service was awfull..
I did went through a lot of review on RCG too but found mixed review about GLB hence cant say anything about it. You can ask rcelectro owner (Vivek) he very does sometimes buy from GLB (as he told me last time when i asked him)
So not so good review from me..
This is another place just like DealExtreme. Be prepared for long waits, and total lack of customer service. These guys make HobbyKing look good when it comes to bad customer service. People still attracted due to these stores because of the low prices and free shipping.
Don't order things that you need in two weeks from them... they are to be used only for "future stock".
shipping is fast for people in goa gets in 10-13 days in goa. :salute:
Infact there are still many online stores who claim to give excellent service, like the biggies we all may know, but when it comes to actual delivery, one needs to follow up regularly to get the materials out. Otherwise they don't care. It is sad.
