Welcome to RC India ! We were looking for people who fly regularly in Kerala. Should plan to meet up. Do let us know if and where you fly regularly, there are a bunch of folks here who are from Kochi and looking for people who are already into the hobby for a while.
There are TT dealers in many cities, certainly in Bangalore. But all I have known/seen is helis and may be cars. You can try contacting Model Art, Bangalore (Mr Avinash is the person, from what I remember).
BTW, are you specific about the Tiger 40 itself ? Because I believe other 40 size low wing planes are available in some hobby shops in India.
