HobbyKing ignoring my order, order pending for 4 months -

Hi Team,

I have made an order sometime back in April , the order did not ship because of an item was out of stock .
And now, the support is not willing to discuss with me on this order.
I have tried emailing, Reached them via the customer support chat window.
But after looking at my order , they are leaving the chat session. i don't know what to do.

Please advise, the best way telling them, that i have payed the money, and they may choose to ship the items or return my money.

You can always call them, or go on their forums and discuss this.

Hi,

Write a mail to them and ask for store credits. I have been given store credits for the items which were on backorder. Once you get the store credits, shop for some other items.

I agree, making some noise in the Forums many times escalate the issue (when we don't have a escalation matrix for HK Customer Service published)

You ask them to Drop the item they are waiting (these would have become sop many by now) as ask them to refund the money, preferably in terms of HK store credit (if you want to do more business with HK) or refund back to Paypal.
