Can anyone provide information or point me to an appropriate source on legal procedures to import products, especially RC related, for sale in India. Thanks in advance.

yea i am interested in that as well, planning on to selling mikado range, locally only in pune

There are posts here on the duties etc.  Whatever you do, I see it involving a GOOD ("well connected") cargo clearing agent, unless you plan on becoming one.

Thankyou all for your replies. So I think we need a importer licence and a clearing agent to clear the ordered goods.
