Is hobbysea.com a reliable site? I mean they are selling good stuff at cheap rates... but the mode of payment is what concerns me. They are asking me to transfer the money to the seller's bank account. Is that safe? Has anyone bought stuff from this site here? (I'm new to the RC world   )

They are very genuine and ship the material very promptly. Good site to deal with. Have bought lots of stuff from them

yep i too bought from them, its trust worthy but coming to cheapness, u might as well look into other online lhs

i should also think that they should use the payment gateway for debit card and credit card , but they say that it will increase cost on items .

@Vineet, adding the account to our bank acc takes a day and it might change the plans for a Average Rcer who wants to fly every weekend,
They can consider having some payment gateway for instant purchase.

Hobbysea is legit.  Vineet goes out of his way to do favors.  He personally delivered a 50 gram high torque steering servo to me last weekend with a reasonable price.   Not only does he provide excellent customer service but he is also an RC flyer and completely knows the hobby.

OK..thanks for the replies guys...I am ordering a turnigy 3s Lipo balance charger from them! I am not getting a cheaper charger anywhere else. They are out of stock everywhere.
