Has anyone ordered from them before?
Also do they operate from India or outside?
Are there customs charges on their deliveries?

Yes the seller is legit as per user reviews on WhatsApp groups.
His name is Tushar Joshi and he is an Indian.
You can contact him directly regarding any extra fees.

But avoid ordering from xyzhobby.com the owner is a big time fraud.

It's an Indian store. Recently I ordered radiomaster tx16s which was on pre order. But soon I got the radio. I am happy with my purchase. As per my experience, it's a trusted website.
