I agree with Saurabh, why is 'Hydra' so Bad, always hiking up the price so much, be that as it may, few pointers for making your Hobby store a success.

1. Nine eagles Yak, it is not Nine Eagles Yak, it is HK yak being sold (by HK too) as nine eagles for which reason it is banned in many countries.

2. do you have Goblin in stock or you will pre-order (Like you say in your website) 100% advance and then place the order. ?

3. Futaba 6EX is 17,800 at Sphere Hobbies at JH (the other one) is 19,500, then how are you "helping people".

4.  Your Bonan 'Jha' , Breeze and skyfury are from Pradeep (PVA Models), you are re-branding to JH and selling them ?, hope you have stock, lead time with pradeep is a month plus and let me tell you sky fury doesn't have a canopy and cowling as yet, what if someone buys skyfury now ? will you be able to live upto the commitment ? also Sky Fury is not all balsa, it is all ply and cellophane sheet, (Thought you should put your money where your mouth is..)

5.  TT Jupiter is 6300 at rotor.co.in, as against 8499 at JH, likewise for all aeroplanes

Don't mind, these are certain pointers which spell a definite doom to your JH, need to rectify these

One serious question, do you have stuff in stock or you are drop shipping them? (No harm in drop shipping them, drop shipping from India, while you take your cut leaves a bad taste, a very famous LHS (For sometime) is out of the scene, because on many of his orders, there was original invoice from Payless or Mpower shopping)

Goblin pricing caught my eye too. With the current exchange rate, it is very attractive. Too good to be true ? Not that I am going to buy
