I want to buy for 3.7v 250mah lipo battery charger. Can anyone tell me from where I can buy it?

This would suit your model. Use it with any phone charger (5V) ac plug or with any USB port.

It is of 500mah will it destroy my 250mah battery or it will work with 250mah as well.

There is  red led indicator which would tell you when to disconnect(fully charged)
