I know any adverse comment on RCBazaar has been met by vociferous comments by other members trying to prove otherwise. I am just sharing my experience. Once I had placed an order for 15 AAA grade balsa sheets online with the option for store pickup. When I went after a week for pickup I was told that only B cut sheets were in stock. Since payment had already been made and I had spent two hours going to the store I had to pickup 16 B cut sheets. I was told that the order was taken as the stock position was not updated in the system. Strangely there was no email or phone call telling me of the position till I went to the store.
So today I went to the store to pick up some covering. Another 45 min of driving. This time I could see the rolls of covering lying in the store but was told that they could not be sold as the stock position has not been updated in the computer. On returning I checked their website. It does not show an out of stock position of the covering. Certainly one does not feel welcome at the store. I have been in this hobby for more the a couple of decades and have been to many hobby scores in India and abroad and have sweet memories of how the sales people interact and guide you. Sorry I never felt any warmth in interactions at this store even when I went to pickup the RCIndia Anniversary Sweepstakes prize.
I have more experiences which I am not writing about. Writing today after a fruitless 60km drive to and fro from the store.

Thanks Sajju. I got a call from your shop a few minutes back. Would love to see your company meet high standards and make shopping there a memorable and enriching experience. Since you are going international you may need to gear up to meet the  expectations of your clients . A hobby store needs to be more than just an outlet. Wish you all the best.

I too had a same experience with them. they had to replace a duct fan unit on my skyhawk, Had to wait for 2 months even with constant remainder to them and at last after i called them for the nth time, they pulled it out of a model and gave it to me!! They went down on my reliance list!! only get products which is not available else where. if this goes on they will loose me as a customer!! We know you guys are expanding but make sure you treat your customers as customers!! no offence just my opinion!!

This is the kind of decent response one hopes for, but rarely gets.
Since i had excellent response from RCB (Suresh, both in Bangalore and Pune, recounted elsewhere on this forum), i had recommended RCB to Mr. Baijal, an old friend, who took up this hobby over 33 years ago. I was taken aback when he narrated his experience on going to collect his Sweepstakes prize. It would be really nice if you sent him a pm or gave him a call.
I still think RCB rocks.

Sujju I just pray that I would get a reply like this from Pankaj man...I was searching for a UBEC and found one on THS then ordered it same, after I made the payment along with a lipo I got a maol saying that the payment failed, so I made another payment..2 hours later I got 2 shipments under processing in my account..I email and  call this guy to cancel one order, but no reply no answer nothing..I felt like I made a stupid mistake by ordering from Thehobbyshop after I started going through these posts. Then later under the advice of some forum members ordered the same items again from elsewhere. Now am really not sure if I'll grow old  and die waiting for THS's processing to turn to "sent" or him to reply to my mails for a refund on the extra order for the same item.
I highly recommend rcproduct.in, God bless his hard work.

All this happened yesterday as on 10/02/2015..if I loose that order, its gone..its upto the universe to decide, but thats it! This guy is outta my good books.

I would like to make a positive comment about an online RC product store, "RCMUMBAI.COM"
I've been into this hobby since a few yrs and was not able to find a decent store who could provide quality products, until i found this store.
I started with smaller quads first, but a few weeks back i bought a walkera qr 350pro with devo 10 from there. then i bought the g2d gimble and ilook+ too from there. I really had a pleasant experience with this store.
I think there is no other online shop in India which can provide the variety of quad copters this rcmumbai.com does.
And the price is very competitive.
Even when compared with the other international stores too.
And The gimble which i purchased was faulty. it had a minor problem.
I send it back, and they provided me a new one.
I was given an option to upgrade to a g3d gimble, and i went with that.
Thought this might help others. so sharing my experience with this online store.
The only draw back of the store keeper i found was that he sometimes takes very long to get in touch.

I got disheartened to purchase from rcmumbai because of the same reason. They do have amazing prices and a wide range of products. I think many of the hobby stores are managed by a team of less than 5 people and if you have a retail store along with it, the more difficult it gets to manage I guess?

I have had more than one seller forget my orders, so it is only imaginable how much queries they have to put up with.

Huh Isn't that summarized on the first post/page of this thread ?

Lhsfinder mentioned RC Mumbai on number 1 lhs store. I think he has not read the recent order not shipped problems with customers.
Maybe lhsfinder is from pune, so he favor rc Mumbai.

Anwar sir, the list was last updated on March 23 and i found that many links did not open, so that arose my curiosity to check all the pages   And i personally got a 'little' confused about which city and hobby wise selection order is ascending or is something else so i just tried to simplify your hard work
ps I really am grateful that you thought of making a list!, about 98% of my work was already done! Thank you!
