Nearly all LHS have accounts wherein you can deposit the money.  Or send them a draft. or take help of a elder with some sort of a card .where there is a will there is a way

Dude you know what I am too 14 n I am also interested in making a quadcopter I suggest u sites such as www.shopclues.com and www.ebay.in they sell some nice products related to rc but I didn't got power distribution board, transmitter and brushless motors(they were there but on credit n debit card payment options) so I also need some sites.

i would suggest a local shop they sell good stuff cheap and you can easily go to them for exchange,i bought my quad materials from there only ,try finding shops in lajpat rai market,chandni chowk in delhi if you want to know a specific shop pm me...

Mahir.asrani Why are you hunting For COD ? Just get a Debit card , ICICI has a plan For under 18 too . Currently I'm 13 and I have debit card since I was 11 . All though the ONLINE purchase amount has a limit of 5000 PER DAY ( you can order multiple items from multiple sellers in one day only if the total is below 5000 ) . But you can take out as much money as you want from the ATM machine . (Assuming you have the amount in the account ) . + you can use NEFT + checks . Life ho tho Asi

Oh dear You have spend a lot, you should do some research before buying , all those things are available much cheaper online. You can check for the min. price offer for a product by simple googling / you can ask out here. you know what, i am also a fresher to RC . The idea to make one Quad struck me this july or august i think ,and i searched online for parts for days, now i have got motors+ESC+Props +Some other electronics for flight controller(I am planning to make my own arduino flight controller) for around 4500 bucks(  ) from ebay.com. now searching for a cheapest LiPo and 6Ch transmitter.

I won't blame you if your wallet is gonna break its stitches due to excess currency stored in it if that's not the case, you should search for cheaper deals  ...
