Hi

FYI

I just wanted to order something at RC Dhamaka. I have paid them before using paypal but this time i get an error as shown in pic. Paypal is getting stupid day by day with its policies. Now payments can be made only to international merchants. :banghead:

how much was the payment, have you upgraded to premier account in paypal ? otherwise there is cap of how much you can pay,

Yes i have upgraded to premier account and the payment was for Rs 400.

i did, over 100$ wasnt able to pay till upgraded to premium
