One suggestion, monitor customers buying habit and keep popular items always in stock. Another big hole in the LHS scene which you can exploit for you benefit is right now is no LHS has proper selection of props, only uncommon sizes renaming in stock. Props are cheapest item in the hobby which give maximum visibility as everyone needs them

I have not seen ever HXT 900 servo at RS165/-

AGREE with SunLikeStar as told earlier. Balance Stock is required. And PROP Stock is Vital. You have to concentrate on the Motors sold and have to keep stock of the prop for those motors.
Surely, your stock will flourished.
