RCM V3 has a new header, with dual logos, new search, system, new fonts and more header-y stuff!
The rest may look the same but big improvements have been made on the backside. Now we have front edit for pages, full ssl, no vulnerabilities, multi cdn based system, etc.

Searching is one of the main requirements of any ecommerce site. Unfortunately, most search systems use a tagging method which consumes a lot of memory, takes a lot of time and is not very easy to use, so, to eliminate every liability of a search system, our system is different, it processes all the words you type, on an offshore server, which eliminates dependencies, then we use ajax to display the search results right on the search bar. The system also searches for product categories and tags.

With the old site, I always felt that the checkout system was compromising somewhere, so with this site, I made it a point to make sure that the checkout system was rock solid. Tip: Checkout like a rebel with one click login with Facebook or Twitter!

website ver 3 , i dont know who made it, in spite of hi speed unlimited connection, this is how the website looks on chrome, goes on and on, left it on for hours, multiple pages, no joy, just PSOD (Pink Screen of Death ) :)

RcMumbai get a professional to do the the website making job. It would cost a bit more but it would reduce all your headaches and would be like a one time investment.
P.S.: I am not questioning any one's intellect or ability. These are my views in response to all the problems that you have face over the time.

Thanks for the suggestion but I guess it you who requites it. Going around threatening people with stopping there parcels wih one phone call and then what happened to your site few weeks back (I guess no one does that to a person who behaves well and talks properly with other. The green padlock and "https" (hyper text transfer protocol secure) means that the pages have not been manipulated and are not being tapped in between your connection to the server in anyway! aka secure!
So, here's the big stuff:
I know its been delayed but PayUMoney is finally ready! Only a transaction validation is left and it will be added on the site ASAP!
V4.0 !!! So, work on the V4.0 has been started and some key features we're working at are:
1) Dual domain identities : Namely rcmumbai.com and rcmumbai.in, .in wil be backup domain hosted on a different server, if .com goes down, you automatically get directed to .in
2) International orders: About 60+ percent of the daily traffic we get is from foreign countries, so it makes sense to start serving the international market, we're working on integrating Apple Pay and Android Pay for countries which support them.

At last, its time to address THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM or the forum....So its no secret that our after sales support is not amazing or anything like that, so, with RCM V4 and all the updates, we are going to launch our new support model! There's gonna be an email address and a form on our site, you can use them to register your complaints in our database. If no reply is sent from us within 24 hours, it automatically gets sent to me and then i'll personally make sure that your problem gets solved. There might also be a 24x7 toll free number that you can call and register your complaint and either someone from RCM calls you with the solution within 24 hours or I get the complaint, but this one might not be present as I'm not able to code the phone number API for 24 hour time lines...
So, RCM V4 along with mobile apps, blog, affiliate marketing, socialite and the new support system should be launched in Summer 2016.

For a quad it was showing 800rs for standard shipping.
May I know which quad was it ?
Some products have bigger packaging and hence shipping cost depends on volumetric weight instead of actual weight
