I have usually received a reply to my mail within 24 hrs on working days,and they are pretty trustworthy,just ordered some props a week ago .
Moreover if you ordered after noon on saturday, sunday being holiday,they probably would have shipped it today.Again its festival season so it may add to further delay.
Anyways just give them a call.

Yes i have also gone to their store because as it was my cousins birthday so i went to their shop buyed a rc heli for my cousin and actually their service is very good because cousin lives in hyderabad.
As sidewinder told they are trustworthy actually they are trustworthy.
I think your shipment is delayed because of this festivals and the sunday which came through wait some time and you will get it.
