That's a tall order you've got there and I hope you will be able to accomplish it. I'm sure there'll be a lot of support from all of us here! I just hope that the Indian tax system doesn't rear its ugly head too much!

Suggestion: Please try to keep the site clean in terms of product availability, as most of the LHS sites i seen have big list of product and written Sold Out in front of them. It's kind of funny to see such sites. Instead add a category like Sold Stock or something, as still people can see what type of stock you were holding and same time they can see the available stock without any trouble to distinguish it from sold stock

Also, i have submitted contact form on few LHS sites but never got response back from anyone. So this is the area where you can also keep an eye for better CS which shall differentiate you from others.

i may be wrong but this are me personal suggestions based upon my exp.

Clayboy, with a deadly fleet like yours - hanseliet, logo etc it will not be easy satisfying your needs  ... unfortunately i do not intent to stock outrage, thunderpower or flightpower type of lipos due to the high cost and am sure this will not move in here resulting in dead stock, however lipos on the same order of turnigy will be stocked with pricing similar pricing... however i will surely stock those hi-quality lipos looking at the demand equation but in low qty stocks first...

Anandrenuka and ankurkaul17... thanks for your comments, the site is very neat and clean (at least to my limited knowledge) and the products details are and will be in detail as much as possible... and yes, there will be NO ISSUES OF OUTOF ORDER in this retail unit as stated earlier this is a realtime inventory management system... if product out of stock you will not be able to buy it.. simple as it is so heartburns or post purchase dissonance in the business.

Am posting a layout of the store frontage and a perspective of the interiors which is undergoing some changes...dont know if this is relevant now but thought i will share this with the forum members here... and ah.. yes... there is a section in the store where you can practice you flying skills anytime on our simulator.. hope this helps someone to hone his skills

you may like to connect the central LCD with simulator/Transmitter so that new people can feel the experience of HOW THINGS WORK .. just a thought , as many people may not understand why things cost this much and how it will be used or capabilities of it (I am just referring for newbies like me)

Also, on main board of your shop,  you may hang a model (not real) with a big prop rotating with slow speed and lights blinking..  it may sound crazy but you have to attract more of walk-in then online customers
