I purchased wolfpack 500 mah 3.7 v exclusively due to its low thickness 0.5 cm while received product is of 1 cm thickness you may check images and so does not fit in container. I raised return #for refund and also emailed. A guy phoned me and I confirmed that item is not usable for me being thick, he assured me to talk to right guy and email me but this is third day and no email besides my two emails.
Pathetic service I must say.

Their store is closed for maintenance ans says will reopen on Tuesday, may be you will be contacted then.

It seems your case is genuine too.
