tried many time to contact rcbazaar via skype.. but no response ... or not even any return message later ... but they seems to be online whole day
anybody other had same experience (not past or start time) ?
not sure why the subject says gimmick...
we are closed from past 2 days and will also be tomorrow due to new stock arrivals... we will reopen on friday...

@sujju , i am using the same id i.e. rcbazaarbangalore
1. I have tried more than 10 times in 2 months of span on skype but never got response back
2. Only i time had a call that also i called the store and then switched to skype chat
3. I only initiated the chat when i see this id online and in business (only once 8.40pm)
4. I do not mind calling store, but will prefer chat as you have that provision
5. In all this duration, i didn't receive a single return message same or even next day (i understand and even don't expect the instant attention)
if its one or two times, i can understand but all this lot many attempts make me think about this.

Unfortunately we are quite busy on Skype not just with queries but also tech help on set up etc. we don't give a return call as we are not geared for follow ups nor do we have the intention till business reaches a level of recruiting someone for this.
I would still prefer the most efficient way is vide a phone call to the store or email to Dilip or helpdesk

I understand that, but at least 1 reply i would expect in this much of attempts. I use skype as it's the most preferred communication way for me and since your store id shows online whole day, then that's convenient for me to initiate the communication on skype rather than calling.
Since the Skype IDs are listed in the "contact us" page, people would expect response, even if delayed. It may be better to either remove the SkypeID from that page, or put some more detail on what can and cannot be expected when Skype is used as the medium for contacting the store.
For example, you can say SkypeID is for technical support calls, initially by RCBazaar and not the other way around.

Alternatively you can use the busy icon or some status message, but finally it's up to you how to administer the skype communication :)
also, i adore your store and just wanted to raise this concern as it feels annoying when didn't get response back after so many attempts.
