Hi, I had ordered an ESC and 2 Props. from RCBharat on 19th Sep. 2013. I had heard about RCBharat as having a good reputation. But after this, I feel it is the worst site to order from. They state on their site that orders would be shipped within 2 working days but I have not even received the tracking number yet (1 MONTH!!). Numerous emails sent to them have been unanswered. On the phone the guy Sai Krishna has assured me of immediate shipping many times but they have not taken any action. Now he doesn't respond to my calls. This is the second to none support they talk about.

hi i also face the problem regarding the missing item in my order no.724 i.e y connector was missing.i contacted several times i send emails also but no reply very poor customer service.

wingman4ever, my order no. is 723. At least you have received some of your items. I am still not sure if they have shipped my package yet.
