This is new facing this for first time from LHS.
Made an order on Rc dhamaka last week, completed payment using phone pe
No new orders showing in RCD account. helpline lady said it might be server issue.
no confirmation email from RCD regarding order.
No tracking made available either.
anyone else had issues with order page there? should i be worried?

Always take a screen shot of your order

wait for 2-3 days to see if the money gets refunded. as the payment gateway sometimes does not respond.

You can write email to RCD alongwith the order no. if you have it.

The guys at RCD are co operative and will respond. i have met them

yeah, they do respond positively,
i saw some good balsa in their stock and ordered it :-)
hopefully i start making airplanes soon
