RCM V4 looks good and clean. Clearly it looks like you have spend a lot of time and efforts good job there. :thumbsup:

But lets check few things, we have RCM 2,3 and now 4 very quickly which means the earlier V's were not good (or as dev's call it as fail) ? true right? but seriously RCM had customers even with V3 or V2 it was never really about website. Even a store in ebay sale the goods.

Its all about after sales service, which has affected RCM and i must say affected it badly. I sure you are worried about it if not then you should start worrying because customer now say we spend more money and buy from other store than RCM due to their support and service (this is the exact word from a customer that i heard when i referred them to RCM when they wanted DJI goods)

I never see RCM or any other store as a competitor but as a another LHS which has came to help hobbyists like i was once. I have always recommended customers to other stores never thought of loss or profit, just that customer should get what he wants.

With this new start my only wish and hope is that you guys improve where you lack. :thumbsup:

Dear satyagupta sir, after failed of RCM v1,v2,v3, and now v4, for future many version are coming, v5 ,v6 ,v7.....so go on every month as customers cheated nothing to do with this all version when there is no service. Till my best acknowledgment no same customers are reordering again after getting cheated, and only new customers are ordering every time some of due to after hearing abusing words of Chintal.

Some suggestion for improvement;
1. When product is on discount sale the new price is not shown in listing page. It happens only if the product price is 4 digits. See the screen shot. May be you have to reduce font size.
2. "Add to Cart" or "Read More" is only shown on hover. It is annoying to find out that the product is Out of stock after hovering over that product. It could be shown without hovering show that customer sees it immediately.
3. Order email or Notes on order is sent from an email id which is never monitored it seems. Customer has the tendency to reply to the email generally and it is difficult to remember to put support email id while replying every time. If you can set the sender email id as support email id, customer can simply reply to that email.

I'll fix 1
For two, on out of stock products, a blue colour symbol with a (-) is present, which shows that they are out of stock.
3) The emails do get redirected to our main email id, I've only taken support in my hands from last night, before that, I agree that support wasnt good but I promise that I will do my upmost in helping people out. But I can only reply from 4pm to 6am on Mondays to Fridays and 1pm to 6am on Saturdays ( Sundays = all day replies ) Since I have to unfortunately attend school.

@Satya Sir, No, I wouldnt consider the previous versions a failure but rather a step forward. Nothing can ever be perfect. It can just keep on improving. RCM V4 is the final version though. (As 'legacy' states in title) from now on, I will keep on improving the same thing (Passive updating) Rather than creating new versions.

For support, I 100% agree, thats why I'm managing support now, Im doing my upmost to reply to all emails ASAP (Other than school timings of course)

Yes, I got a little bit overwhelmed last night!
