It would be much less confusing, though, if you could just change the word 'completed' to 'shipped' on your website. Also, you could add the line "The tracking number will be emailed to you after 24hrs of it getting shipped" in the first mail you send after checkout.
That way nobody would have to contact and trouble you!

Actually Chintal, my advice to you. I had faced some issues when i start QK first.

Dont send any notification until you have any tracking id with you. Even if its not active still (you can say tracking records will appear after few hours blah blah)

But just my small suggest if you can send notification to customers after you have tracking id.

Trust me it would help you a lot

But what happened is that
People started calling me and asking why is my order not shipped why is it still showing processing
So i started the other way round and the problem still persists 😣Dont know what to do
