Yes RCM is upgrading, I'm working with Chintal for a whole new RC Mumbai,
which will launch on 6th October.
All that i can say right now is that after upgrading, RCM will bring the whole RC products industry in India to a whole new level. From automation to aesthetic appeal, everything!
And just a hint, Its going to be a lot more than just a LHS!
Because, after all, passion is airborne!

New upgraded rcmumbai site is online!

Even though the website has been upgraded the same problems continue- Chintal's mobile is switched off most of the time. The online help feature of the site also is not working. Queries remain unresolved  

yeah rahul you are right. they never reply any queries. i hav place an order and i hav been sending queries but dont get any reply.no tracking number after 24 hrs of purchase.. sms service is also not working

chintal i am trying to contact you for past 7 days for buying the mt3506 motor which u sent me a wrong one..i am in a hurry thatswhy i cant return the item and ready to buy new one...please dont ignore your customer...if you cant reply on fb and cant answer my calls atleast have the courtesy to mail me back...it really feels bad when you have to call 10 times a day for one small thing...i understand you could be busy but you shouldn't think that i am free all day to call u and expect for a reply... either tell me directly here if u can supply me the right item or call me back..

@Andy Kh: Resolved the problem. You had put your phone no. without +91. Chintal can be contacted most of the time via live chat or call. We get so many emails that its hard for us to reply to every single one (img attached).
But, when the show room launches, we would have 5+ employees that would manage all this stuff so don't worry.

Can anyone contact me regarding the orders : #6138 ( placed over a week back ) and #6470 ?

Payment for 6138 was made over a week back, and the status on the website still shows as CANCELLED.

Chintal never picks up the phone, and after a dozen mails or so he told me its been shipped, but hasnt given me the tracking details yet.

I know the team is busy with the upgrades and all, but i shall appreciate if someone can get back to me to help resolve, before this issue escalates up.

Whosoever at RCMumbai reads this, please treat as most urgent and arrange to reply back to me ASAP with status.
