And they just sell the products they have, and forget about the after sales service, it's ridiculous... and if you face amy problem with the product.... don't expect them to rectify it, because they will never... they just sell and forget...

Man , You guys seriously know how to rip off customers when it comes to shipping costs. You charge 210Rs when shipping actually costs you 60Rs on the actual payment slip attached with every parcel.  Atleast be honest with shipping costs?

Exactly! The fastest delivery option cost 2k? I mean, I have dealt with DTDC several times for fastest delivery option and the price is no where near that. I have no complaints with Rcmumbai, they have always communicated well with me.
But please look into this matter. Dont go the Hobbyking way!

Sometimes LHS might only show the maximum shipping value for a certain weight class on all orders no matter if it is regional delivery or out of state. Thats the maximum they will get charged for that weight class to ship anywhere in india. A live shipping option is good to have but not many have implemented this maybe because it requires integration with carrier.

Shipping charges include
Packing charges
Packaging material charges
Transportation charges
And the actual shipping charges
Sometimes website does charge a little extra then the actual cost
We still try to keep it as less as possible

Made the order on Day before yesterday late evening and got it today morning. Happy with the speed.

Ok your reasoning would make sense but the closest DTDC center you use 'vile parle' from your place is 450 meters! Well unless i got the google maps locations wrong you seriously cant be charging more than 10-20 rs as transportation cost for that! actually given you probably take all your orders at once by EOD then that 10-20Rs  doesnt even make sense.
Moreover if you do realise once you actually ship the parcel that it doesnt cost that much then why not reimburse the customer the remaining amount back??
Also its only today i realised all this discrepancy. I had placed an order about 2 months back and paid 255 Rs for DTDC plus! for props that cost 450 Rs cause i wanted them really urgently but it took 5 days for the props to arrive which isnt what DTDC plus promises and by then the props were useless to me. Ok but then there could be other factors that could have led to the delay. But what i dont get is how come the real pricing for that was the same as the actual pricing for a shipment i received today and todays order was via DTDC lite! Have attached pictures below. Rs 60 for both? So was i not given DTDC plus for which i had paid in that former order of mine?
Your Product Pricings are good but if you are going to just rip customers off in shipping fees , that is frustrating.
