But before we start this i would like to know how many are really interested for this?? cos this would mean that we would have to hire delivery guys



So before we actually start this, would like to know you opinion about this.

Professional corrier already have same day delivery from cirar to church gate if you submit before 9 AM and next day for rest of Mumbai.   Maybe tie up with them ?

Having your own logistics team is a bad move at this time. You will need to have one guy deliver at least 3 orders each day to break even for his salary. Until you are getting 50+ orders a day it's not a justified investment.  Rather invest that amount in promoting your business to a bigger audience.  Rc is an inetersting thing and with a right stretagy you can tap into the engineering students easily (content marketing) and grow your business to a level where having your own team will actually make sense. 

Being a Digital marketing guy that's my 2 cent. I have seen business going bankrupt because of spending their budget at wrong channel and witness successful growth with small investment on right channels.

Others view may differ. It's just my personal openion.

@Bhanu, i am still working on this option. It would be started if we get good response.

Since we am not able to find a suitable courier partner for Same Day Delivery.

We are thinking to provide option for customer to come and pick up the order.

Orders placed before 10.00 AM can be picked up on the same day and orders placed after 10.00 AM next day.

We are working to find a suitable time frame where customers can come and collect the package.
