Hi,
Last month I bought the Graupner MZ18 - 9 channel Radio System from RCBazaar.
Quite excited I came back home and decided to explore the system. 20 minutes later the systems displays TX VOLTAGE LOW.
(Quite a fancy voice alert from the background saying "Transmitter Voltage") ;D ;D ;D
I went through the manual to see how to put the TX on charge , but was not very sure how to go about it, I decided to call RCBazaar. :help: :help: :help: They guided me over the phone.
A few hours later I switch on the TX just to realize that the TX was not charging. Again I reached out to the store and they were supportive and asked me to write a mail.
I did a little study before writing the mail. Discovered that the supplied TX Battery was NiMH and the charging lead was for LiPO Battery. I called them again and they were surprised and said its a strange thing.
I mentioned the same in the mail and the issue was taken up immediately. They forwarded the mail to the manufacturer immediately.
The manufacturer didn't receive the mail for a week as there was some attachment size issue. They updated the same to me after a week and resent the mail reducing the size of the attachments.
Yet another week and no response. I got very impatient and decided to check if I can return the Radio and get a refund.
I write to RCBazaar again after 15days and soon i receive a reply saying that the manufacturer has updated the issue with the Technical Team and will reply ASAP.
I was again quite and decided to wait for another day or 2.
Waiting for 5 days (20 days in total) I decided to call them and check with them. I called the store and was literally troubling them as I was very impatient. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
I dropped a mail to the owner Mr. Sujju almost everyday asking for an update or a return of the product. No updates from the manufacturer for next 5 days.
One good thing about the team was they replied and supported all my queries and assured the issue will be resolved soon.
I had almost lost hope (almost a month them) and thought will go to the store and return the Radio and come back. :'( :'( :'(
So I write a mail again and next day I get a reply confirming that the NiMh battery supplied was faulty. They will replace it with a new LiPO immediately.
The manufacturer dispatched the new LiPO battery and the same was replaced in less than 5 days.
Thanks RCBazaar. Patience is a great virtue - comes with a lot of experience. You have a lot of patience Sujju sir and Team :hatsoff: :hatsoff: :hatsoff:
To all the readers , the issue might seem very small after reading the climax. I know I have described the issue in detail. :P :P :P
But for a moment , think being in my shoes. I spent :Rs:27.4k on a Radio which I may not be able to use to its full extent. My heart was in my mouth when this happened and I didn't know what to do.
The new LiPO battery provided works with the supplied charging lead and the Radio is one awesome thing.
However I appreciate the awesome support by RCBazaar. Thank you once again.
Sujju Sir is a nice person. as well as the rc bazaar team.
They resolve issues quickly, that is one of thier good qualities. Enjoy your radio .
Nice to see that they are offering such a great service.

I am sorry just saw the post. You need to change the battery type . I charged the LiPO when I bought it. Still using it like that ...done a little over 20hours
