Does anyone have any contact number that I can call to contact thehobbyshop.in?
I placed an order 3 weeks ago, and have no idea where it is. 

I think Thehobbyshop.in had shut down they are not in the business, i had personally visited 3 times to their place but the flat was closed and no one knows where they are....

I would like to report that this is PATHETIC customer service. It has been more than 4 weeks since I placed my order and I still don't know what the status is. The website thehobbyshop.in is now down, domain does not exist anymore. The contact number is always switched off and I have lost Rs. 1400.
I would advise people to NEVER buy ANYTHING from THS even if he does decide to start his business again.

You should register a complaint against them. The owners of the shop are college (passed) students and had once come to the Baner field to promote themselves.

Its bad and shameful to have people like THS in our field who are just interested in making money from all sorts of wrong methods and cheating people. Few days back also there was a report for an LHS doing similar thing.
Is there any way to avoid this?

Why do you let your reputation spoil like this? Why don't you phone your customers?
You may remember me as one of your early customers, when you were in Calicut. I even hosted your friend Ashish in Indore and took him flying.

Update: Their website has been started again. However all old user accounts have been lost. There still has been no communication from their side regarding my order.

Hi guys , so I just received my parcel from the hobby shop . This is my first parcel from them after their website has restarted  , but this time something unexpected happened , the from address says that the thehobbyshop is now in Lucknow !!!

Another hobby shop is Lucknow ! HuRRaY !!

I think they'd shifted to Lucknow or must be a new branch at Lucknow.
Overall its very good for all Lucknowites and people nearby.

But aashiyana is like  25km from Jankipuram area...so a little too far for me 

It's good distance for me atleast !!!
