I'll wait for another week and definitely lodge a complaint with Cyber police.Not going to leave this..

Unbelievable ! Within 12 hours of posting on this thread I've got a response.My order status on hobbyshop.in shows the material has been dispatched.What I couldn't achieve all these days was done by a single posting.Such is the power of this forum RC India. Great !!!
But I'm still suspicious till I receive the items.

The person is legit. However, he totally  lacks professionalism. He puts lies on the status of his website. He would say shipped but won't give tracking because he actually didn't ship anything. He'll ship it after a week or two. He'll not respond to emails, sms, phone because he knows you'll ask for the tracking which he don't have.

But on the brighter side, the guy got a great packaging skill. He packs the things well.

I guess it's not wrong to tell the customers that shipping will take a month. We wait for international orders, we'll wait here too for non urgent items. It push you behind the competition but the path you're currently traveling will kick you out of the competition in no time. Do realize that rc community is small. You can fool everyone just once. After that they will never order again and may influence few others too in doing so. If you've genuine problem, it's okay to tell it to the customer.

You're 100% correct.That guy is really crooked.He's not given the tracking no..Just updated as dispatched.He thinks he's clever but soon will be out of business.

You have posted great things about yourself...but when an order is placed why u start acting like a fraud...cellphone switched off...no reply to mails...no delivery...fake promises on sms....guys please be ware of his false promises.....there are better and reliable stores to buy from...please dont make the mistake which I made of placing an order on hobbyshop.in

Alsar How can we nail this guy?? he has been doing the same thing repeatedly with all of us. . . .I would like to know what all can I do to ensure an action is taken against himmm...as he has tried my patience since 2 weeks now its time for him to face the music. . . .also as I have just registered on this forum not aware as to how can we inform all the members so that he cannot fool anyone anymore. . .cheers

Where is my order shipment details the order was placed on 29th oct along with the payment?? Since then I hv been chasing you have you stolen my money and ran off ...that is why u dont respond to ur phone?? Are u trying to cheat me just like so many others you have ..... I wish I would hv read the reviews here before placing an order.... people like you are responsible ..because of which simple people loose faith on online shopping...you should be proud of yourself you shameless prick

As this guy Pankaj of hobbyshop.in is a member of RC India, I request admin to warn other members to keep away from this fraudster.He's using the forum as a hook to cheat hobbyists.
ADMIN please look into this serious matter and save your members !!!

Dear all..... Today is my first day on rcindia and I would like to thank all of you for the support and inputs shared its amazing  .... I am looking forward for a long term sharing and caring relationship with you all...lol.....though this medium and will love to share some of the models and my learning experience here as I make them in future ....hopefully if i dont come across road blocks and cheaters like 'thehobbyshop, going forward.......love you guys. .. . .cheers

Guys this person has yet not shipped or is answering his phone. . . I am lost what to do. . . .so goddam irritated...

Hobby shops latest update without sending my product they have updated my status as delivered.....as usual no answer to calls or messages

I placed an order on 29th oct 14, today is 13th nov 14, the status on his website shows delivered but i haven't received anything...frustrated calling him and mailing him umpteen times with no response..........bloody cheat and a thief....I wish I could do something to jail him but donnow how to go about it...

File an FIR that will teach him a lesson

He is not replying on other threads and online on Rcindia sometime...

Thanks for the suggestions Raising an FIR is a complicated task...I tried it once for some other problem it was more hassle then the problem itself...even the payment gateway it not supporting....so i gotta wait and watch...

You can claim the amount through payment gateway. just write an email stating the issues that it was not delivered. state the transaction ID in the transaction details. and raise a dispute request in your bank stating that the payment is fouled. this will easier and either of this should work.
i did this once with axis bank and they will in turn speak with the gateway which will be different, and you will get your money for sure. even if its a few hundred rupees.

After reading all this comments on hobby shop I regret that I have ordered AX-2308 1100KV Motor from him last time it arrived late took 10 days this time I am afraid that I wont even get my motor , what is wrong with this guy??!! I mean its disgusting even after getting bad reviews everywhere he never improve phone is always switched off no replies to mail. if this guy doesnot ship my motor I am gonna trace him and put an end to his website before all that I am actually gonna sue him . no matter how much money the case takes or how long it runs I am gonna shut him down forever. Just because of his fraudster  behavior I might get an "F" in my major project as the motor i purchased is not gonna arrive at time my effort of two years might turn to dust and if that happens , there is no way this guy can sit peacefully. I am gonna sue him and make sure he is in jail for committing fraud in business. if my career is destroyed by "Pankaj verma" he will have to pay a lot a whole lot of money for the consequences.
