Damn I just ordered from ths ....Scared now!!!

Hope they get my order right...a wrong order is shoeing up...what i ordered is not showing on the website...and I hv a payment confirmation e-mail from their payment gateway!!

THS: If you read this...I had ordered a servo splitter...1 female to 5 male and one onboard glow driver..pls fix and confirm...thx!!

4. I MMS'ed you payment confirmation and requested that my order be fixed. You did not respond.

5. I e-mailed you. You did not respond.

6. I contacted you on facebook. You did not respond.

7. I opened a ticket on you site. You did not respond.

8. I even left the details for you to see on rcindia.org but it seems you are truly very busy.

In all good faith, I am still hoping to have managed to convey my message to you. One small confirmation from your end would make a big difference. Request you to kindly respond.

Yup... I'll start by initiating a refund request with my bank.

If i was you i would have done the following:

1. File the FIR under IT act
2. Contact the EBS payment gateway to complain about store. (They will stop payment gateway service)

Bank/CC company can't get you the money bank, you can try if you want to.

Follow the #1 & #2 above, it will bring the result.

This guy Pankaj has been cheating since 2011.Check out this forum for old posts.My order dt. 17th oct 2014 is still not received.The guy is very cunning to update my account as Delivered by posting some other small parcel delivered in my city.It seems he's able to supply only very small orders like connectors,etc. I've already registered complaints with the payment gateway.Sure I'll file a case soon

I think you people should file the complain without any wait. The payment gateway will also start giving rapid support as soon the case is file.

Well...surprised to receive an order confirmation mail from them today... with the correct order!! It states that the stuff would be shipped through priority shipping...hope they mean it!!

He is a big cheater.. do not order..

I have ordered on 10-OCT-2014 and status is shipment since last two month..

Thehobbyshop.in is sense less, unethical business.

And he will also not reply to emails of answer calls..

I had made a purchase from "thehobbyshop.in"  on 9th of this month , since then I have been following up with them only through E-mail ID : which is available on the website , however I have never got any response . I have made a purchase for about 7,710Rs Purchase ID : 3253, it says its been shipped by DTDC, however I have no tracker ID, does someone have any contact number for this website where I can contact them.

I an getting pissed off  now, should I write to RTI act ?? Please give me some suggestions.

Well...here's my update:

Received nothing yet from him in-spite of several reminders/e-mails blah blah blah...

Current I am at stage 2 of my complaint...the economic offences wing...stage 1 was a complaint with CBI.

@areebnazim  - do you got your order?

Did you complain to cyber crime too?

What do we do now?

Put complain in cyber crime division, as they shall act fast. EOW and others won't act so fast IMO.

CBI themselves sent it to the Cyber Cell/EOW. I'll search for Cyber Crime Division and involve them too if they are different.

I had ordered for 7710/- I am getting all nervous here.

Raise a dispute with your bank. That according to me is the most likely way to get ur money back. Mine has asked me to fill up a form and send them. Will keep you posted on the status. The Seller has to share a signed POD or refund.

I have been scammed too.
