thehobbyshop.in is in not connected to IndianHobbyShop in any way. IndianHobbyShop is a reputed and trusted LHS providing good service.

@lucifer27, Call EBS customer support at 1850 654321 and see if you can raise a claim for a refund (If you have paid through EBS)
I believe if multiple people will call and complaint then ESB would take strong action against TheHobbyShop and will suspend their account.

if you have paid by Manual Bank Transfer (Cash deposit or NEFT), then raise a complaint with your bank's customer care.
Also explain them about the whole issue where TheHobbyShop have duped not one, but many. Explain them about the negligence behavior of TheHobbyShop and the 'Con' that we keep hearing about day in and day out.

In business, no one wants to have trouble which can be avoided.

I made a complaint to ebs multiple time and they said the seller has initiated refund, hope it will be refunded in few days.. true, everyone who has gone thru a bad experience with thehobbyshop need to make a complaint to ebs to suspend this type of sellers..

I complained against him in a consuner forum . they have initiated tge further proceedings.

Its good to see that people are taking steps against these frauds. Even I was cheated with 4K INR by this shop. I complained a few times to the EBS. Now I am also going to complain in the consumer forums. This cheaters should be punished and these kind of fraud sites should be closed, otherwise more people will get cheated and these cheaters will enjoy with people's hard earned money. If nothing happens I am going to file FIR against them.

This is actually a good move, once the seller is suspended, he has to submit proof to the payment gateway that the earlier complaints were resolved, until then THS cannot complete any payments.

THS has nothing in there Store, when you order something they order ahead with your money... in between they dont respond to anyone.... My advice is to not Buy Anything from them..

I complained to EBS, as well. However, in my case even EBS did not respond. Finally complained to my bank (SBI) and they refunded my money within a week.

Please don't trust on thehobbyshop.in. I ordered some items 1 month ago and there is no response from them.
Hobbyking.com is much better they also listen our complains and even products are received for sure.

Who are facing problem with thehobbyshop.in please contact to ebs. Here is their contact number 044-6663-3333. I also made a complaint on ebs regarding EBS. EBS will block thehobbyshop.in and refund our payments.

Guts don't order any stuff from TheHibbyshop I ordered my stuff in 27th nov 2014 and today I got an email of it being dispatched he is a fraud after objecting him see what reply I got please check screenshot

He took almost an year to deliver my orders
