@thehobbyshop.in any update on my order (id 1062) made on 29-Jul2012 and payment made on 30-Jul-2012. I have sent the payment confirmation mail along with screenshot on 30-Jul-2012 and also a payment confirmation sms. Your website still showing "payment not received". I've sent you emails about this but have not received any response; your mobile number is not working.

Im not at all happy with 9X you sold me & nor there is any call call from you.

This is absolutly cheating on customer faith.Its more than 6 month .

Let the confidence of other buyers not shake because of these incidences. I have a good experience of dealing with you. It is a tough job to keep up reputation and create loyal customers. You need to take calls at right time to keep up satisfied customers.

Sir i am feeling bad because it was me who referred you to the usbasp product link. I bought 3-4 times from them and it went smoothly everytime without any issue but my last order placed to them was on 28/12/11. I dug into my docs and mailbox and found their old number.

@Dharmik You don't have to feel bad about this, not for trying to help someone  :)

I ordered it form an "LHS" only because I thought I'd be able to use it during the week. But the week is gone and my T-Copter (not complete yet) is resting without a soul >:( However, during the weekend I can easily borrow it from some friend at the field.

So stop worrying about it :)

And thank you for the number, i'll give it a try tomorrow :thumbsup:

Snapshot is attached of the mail we sent to you on 4th july(Windows live mail client).You are having problems with 9x was known to me after more than one month had passed after delivery.You never sent any mail regarding what should be done, neither you reply to the mail we are sending . You just come after one month and post something in this thread. .We provide full refund in case any faulty item is received , and the customer is supposed to report and ship the same to us within 1 week.(shipping charges borne by us .)

This is the biggest BS i have ever hear, One week of what? sale? receipt? what if transit takes more than that? you chose when to reply when not to, what is this pankaj? do you think this is ethical, if peter is not happy with his radio, least you could have done is attend to his call and sort out why he is not happy. no?

I guess you should sort out peter's issue ASAP, speak to him and clear the air here on this thread, will suit both of you

The biggest BS according to me is the warranty part mentioned in the email to customer. The customer buys goods in India and for warranty has to ship it to China!! Then what is the purpose of LHS?
Also, I am also not sure how this "warranty" will ever work, since he is not a Hobbyking customer.

Hello Gusty Sir,
                       The time frame is within One week of receipt . So transit time doesn't matter.We have accepted Doa items even after 1 week (in case the person doesn't have the accessories to test the item).Also he is not replying to my emails.Please suggest what should/can be done from our end.I believe that there shouldn't be  even one unhappy customer.

Ive SMS you ,mailed you on the forum & also through Rediffmail mail but no reply regarding my return of Defective TX sent back to you as you confirmed on phone that by the 2nd week I would receive the New TX.

Has the New TX been dispatched ,If yes then pls advise the courier or ems details.

As told to me by HK support staff it will take time as they will inspect the radio and then send a new piece.We are doing our best to get you a
New piece ASAP but the process of RMA is a little time consuming.

PS:We give warranty on all items sold on www.thehobbyshop.in only for DOA(Dead On Arrival).As a special case we are going through this RMA procedure from HK.

If any item received by customer is not working as it is intended to WHEN (S)HE RECEIVE IT we replace the item(Including shipping)(customer needs to notify us within one week of delivery).But we do NOT provide any warranty on any products as products used in this hobby are a little more prone to user carelessness in general.
