@1:35, clean the solder joint (wire joining the PCB). Else, that might be a short. You can clean it with Isopropyl Alcohol or any any alcohol you can find at your home (like perfume or deodorants).

Sure it is. Try doing a continuity test, b/w the +ve and -ve terminals. Lucky you, if it's not a short. I had such experience, and that's why I'm stressing it out ;D
