Title: and so i am back
Post by: Pikle6 on March 31, 2010, 04:13:44 PM
and so i am back no time to waste ....................
yes everybody my exams are officially over as of today and of course i did them very very nicely and with that its a two month break from studies and whole lot of excitement.
today's exams was great and from there i went straight to the field to check its condition. it was great.
came home and fixed my slowstick and started on 3 big time projects (actually one is continued)

firstly i shifted to a new house and guess what my neighbor uncle is a retired air force pilot and later he worked at Indian airlines and flew the 747-400 for nearly 7 years. inspired by him i have started with a Boeing 747-400 project its about one and a half metres long and 1.25 metre wingspan

secondly my osprey project is going to be completed in this month as thee heli copter mode is just about done as i had done that for the khoj fest just a couple hours of gyro settings

and third is my aerobatic plane which i am planning to build it out of depron and balsa. i had been continuously flying one hour daily on realflight during the exams and have mastered many moves and implementing them is now the task loops and knife edges i had learnt on the pulama. this plane is for the hovers and tail spins and many more. still to decide the model might be an edge or yak and this will a bit bigger than 1 m in length.

flying this saturday and love to be back here

Welcome back subbu.BTW what happened to your 50CC size foam profile model you were building before your exams? Have you completed that plane and flown it? How did it perform? Pictures would be great.

best of luck.

Boeing helping airbus? ??? This could happen in this forum only. LOL  :giggle:

Nice to know that young people are getting interest in building nice planes and learning. :hatsoff: We wasted years in playing cricket  ;D
