Would like to know if any flyers in Patna active and where do they fly?

There used to be few flyer in my Hometown (though I did not do more than Chuck gliders back then in 1990's) , Like Prof Bhattacharya of NCC and one Mr Sanjay Kabra.
I used to fly my Chuck Gliders right inside Patna Airport as one of my friends (late) Dad was instructors in Govt Flying institute and we both had unlimited access to the airport .. But those were the days before IC-814 / Kandhar incidence.
Now I think they fly in the dry embankments of Ganga River. I am sending Mr Kabra's number in and you may contact him.
