Im a webdesigner :)

and work is getting too bored so planning to enter into rc world

Im yet to buy a rc , looking to learn more abt them

and buy 1 soon :)

I know Malayalam too we can discuss abt this and do it if you are interested :)

Im planning to start with surface , abit scared of air :p

Looking to buy an used petrol rc under 20k budget ( i know its very low ) i need your help in this :)

i can buy nitro but im now in a small town near kerala , so fuel availability is too low

You can always get fuel shipped in.  Not a problem these days.

NO... I do not WANT a theme :) YES... I would APPRECIATE a new theme, if you can build one on your spare time with no pressure, no financial commitments, and if you are willing to handover rights to that design to RC India (in return for bragging rights only) ;D

Yes, it would make my life a lot easier if it is SMF specific instead of a generic template.

for 20k I would advise you to go electric.If you want a petrol buggy,you will have to spend a lot on the baja series.Since it seems like you are a beginner,I would advise you to stay away from fuel powered vehicles.You can get one if you know your way round an engine and are willing to take a lot more care of it.
